Hello, my name is Madeleine.

My humble beginning was on an Island in the Pacific, where Rainforests with magic waters, oceans, corals and beaches, were a totally fantastic environment to grow up. Significantly like Cairns. Despite the growing awareness of the importance of diversity in leadership, women still hold only 8.8% of leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies as of 2022. I am fortunate that my success has come over the years by the involvement with family in business ventures. I have always enjoyed people contact and like to assist in helping others achieve or acquire whatever they desire. This has made it pleasing for me, to make a client’s introduction to the company a satisfying experience. My first career at the early age of adulthood before I was 20, was in  Tourism Hotels and Accommodation. This was very rewarding, and allowed me to progress through and gain knowledge, of  understanding many people, from all sectors of the community and age. From here I progressed to Building and Hardware supplies. This gave me a deep understanding of the service industry, especially in trades persons.  Once again, I was able to associate in great contact, and enjoyable moments with people of various backgrounds.

Since becoming involved in the pest control industry I have studied completely and now have a thorough understanding of the procedures and requirements to perform efficient pest control.

John is my senior  very high-ranking technician operative of 60 years in the Pest Control Industry. John is also a qualified & certified Termite Engineer. He has an excellent knowledge of Entomology and Myrmecology. Today we are a team and embrace many fulfilling  days contributing to the pest control requirements of the people of Cairns.
